Terms of Service for the app “Mokdar Postiz”
These terms apply to the use of the app “Mokdar Postiz” (including “Mokdar Postiz-IG”) by Mokdar Software.
1. Provider

2. Service
Mokdar Postiz schedules and publishes posts on connected social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube). The app is used by Mokdar Software for its own accounts and, under an order, for clients. There is no open sign-up.
3. Connected accounts
Whoever connects an account confirms that they are authorised to do so. The connection can be removed at any time in the platform settings or by e-mail.
4. Content
The account owner is responsible for the published content unless agreed otherwise in a contract. Content must comply with applicable law and the platform rules (e.g. Meta Community Standards, LinkedIn User Agreement). Rights to content remain with the owner.
5. Availability
We aim for uninterrupted operation. Publishing however depends on the platforms' interfaces; outages, changes or blocks by the platforms are beyond our control.
6. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable, typical damage.
7. Privacy
The app privacy policy applies. Deletion: see Data Deletion.
8. Final provisions
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction for merchants is Frankfurt am Main. Individual contracts with clients take precedence over these terms. Questions: info@mokdar-software.de.
